About Me
Hi, I'm William T.Y Sieow, the founder & technician of AssistHelp.
I have over 6 years of experience in computer repairs & service.
In 2003, I graduated with my Diploma in Information Technology &
was in the retail I.T industry until 2007. Subsequently, I specialise
in providing computer support for A*STAR (ICES) & TJS Pte Ltd.
I have experience with all Windows operating systems including Windows
XP & Vista (all editions). I also have experience in wireless
networking, wired networking, data backup, security setups, computer
repair, computer building, virus removal, malware removal & much
more.
My mission is to provide computer solutions, service & support
according to each client's best interests & serve everyone with
integrity because my passion has always been working on computers. And
I truely enjoy helping others.
It is also my belief that if you have to deal with computer problems, you should not have to overpay for your repair service.
